How can you have your home listed on MLS?
If you would like to sell you home quickly and at the right price, you should first make sure that the agent is a member of the MLS. All RE/MAX Real Estate Group agents are active members. When you decide to list your home with one of our agents we will add your home to the MLS.

How does MLS work?
For sellers your agent will put the details of your home on the MLS site. Our agents along with other real estate agents in the metro can view your home in a detailed perspective and be able to contact their buyers with a home that matches their needs.

Because your agent knows about the homes that other MLS agents have for sale, you will have a much larger range of homes to choose from. Your agent will ask you about the home you are looking for and then search the MLS system for homes, which will meet your criteria. Your agent will phone the sellers or selling agents of selected properties to arrange a viewing.
